DB12 Log:: Could not read detail log aegydpas.cds

Dear Experts,

Last week i updated the BRTOOLS to 7.10 (41) in our Dev system and from that time the Redo Log Back up is getting failed.

I referred the link::

But still my Redolog back up is getting failed.

When i try to open the detailed log using db12 it says::

Could not read detail log aegydpas.cds

No action log for this action found in the database

Check the detail log

Hi,

As I understand that you give correct permissions to br*tools. So, check /oracle/<SID>/saparch folder permissions

Do we need to run any Scripts after upgrading the BR tools???

Yes... To be sure execute "saproot.sh" under "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run"

Then, try to start backup of offline archive logs

This works for me, and my jobs are runnin whitout any problems,.

but in the path /oracle/SID/sapcheck. the logs have this permissions

-rww-- 1 orap10 sapsys 85388 Mar 9 15:48 ceibjaon.chk

And when I try to review the log of my job from my transaccion Db13 I have the error

"could not read detail log ceibjaon.chk ".

After change this permission i can view this log, but in the next job i Have again the same problem,.,

anybody know wich user writte in this path,, and way don have the correct persmissions,.
