Amount value in Print Preview in VA22/VA23.

Hello Friends,

I have one problem with quotation printout.

When I click on "Print Preview" icon inside VA22/VA23, it gives the correct value of Amount. But if selected "Issue output to" from outside VA22/VA23, the amount value of line item comes wrong in print preview.

I tried to find the problem, but could not get the exact problem why is this happening.

Please help me to get the correct reason/solution for this.

Dear yashkhanna ,

You may require to debugg the print program used for the output type with the help of your ABAPer to reach a solution.

I did the same thing (debugging the print program), and found that MWSK1 field is blank while taking print preview from outside, but could not find the cause of making it blank.

Any idea?

Or could there be any routine/exit where this field could be assigned space or something like that...

Dear YashKhanna,

This may be due to the following reason.

The tax code is not read when the program is run from outside.

When we enter inside the va22 or va23, the field for tax code is filled and hence the program reads it properly.

You will have to check the user exits available during sales order processing and check whether we are able to retain the value of tax code in the quotation from outside.
