BSP Error in alert configuration

Hi All,

While accessing the Alert Configuration I am getting the BSP Error - The URL contains no complete domain specification.

Hi Aravind,

Crosscheck if all your host names for runtimeworkbench in tools--> exchange profile are provided with fully qualified domain name.

Ther RWB uses the <host:port> in the URL from the parameters 'com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3...' within the

Exchange Profile. Can you change this to use the fully qualified host name?

Please remember to restart the system after changing the parameter.

go to exchange profiles and maintain FQDN for your PI server....especially for com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name...com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost....com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.mshost

If still not relecting then refresh cache....

Please use full qualified domain name to access BSP applications. Please review following SAP notes:
