Hi experts,

Is there a possiblity to copy the actual data of the previous year to budgets in the current year substituting the process done in FMBBC

You can use FMCYLOADN transaction. What kind of substitution do you like to perform?

Hi Eli,

For a particular Fund Center and Commitment item combination for the previous year there was a budget consumption of 100 INR during the previous year. For current year i need the system to upload the budget automatically for 100 INR for this fund center and commitment combination. As and when the client finds shortall they would do a budget supplement for the same

The T code you mentioned would perfectly meet the requirement
