Project Cost Planning after implementing a Shortened Fiscal Period

Hi Experts,

We contracted a SLO Service for the Shortened Fiscal Period Service and SAP send us a implementation Guide. One of the task is to convert the planning data from the omitted period, in our case period 12 u2013 2011, into period 01-2012, because planning refers to the calendar month of January 2012. The SAP guide says that we have to copy CO planning data from the period omitted to the following period using transaction CJ9BS.

In addition to this we are executing CJ20N and the cost infomation is automaticaly corrected for the active Project versions, but for the Base Line version (Version Controlling OF0) the values in the omitted period remains (period 12-2011). We tried executing transaction CJ9BS, CJ20N, and so on without success.

There is any transction which recontruct the Project Base Line version?

To sum up, Cost values for project active version is changed after excecuting CJ20N (version 0 for period 12-2011 is cleared), but the base line version remains without changes.

Hi,

Use either CJR2 / CJ40 (cost) / CJ42 (revenues) transaction. In these you need to use your baseline version against the project and go in and clear / change period 12 / 2011 values.
