Dear Gurus;

Has anyone use the UWL in SAP PPM without Netweaver Portal?

I need to know it's possible to configured the UWL (Universal Worklist) in SAP PPM with any other system.

Best regards,

Mariano.

Hi,

Refer to the note 1149144 if you want to view workflow inbox in NWBC.

Amit;

With this Note I can partially solve this thread, because this Business Workplace only it's visible in NWBC for Applications and not for web. I think that this is a good solution without using UWL in SAP Netweaver Portal. (Example Netweaver 3).

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Mariano.

Mariano,

With the role in the particular note, you should be able to access workflow inbox with NWBC html option also.

Amit;

I have been customizing to activate this funcition POWL with:

  • To be able to call the Business Workflow Workplace in SAP NetWeaver

Business Client, assign the role SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_NWBC_END_USER to the

user.

  • You must activate the following service in transaction SICF (Maintain Services):

default_host -> sap -> bc -> workflow -> nwbc -> workflow_powl

I only can see this function in NWBC for aplication.

¿How can you see it in the NWBC for web? Maybe exits any other configuration to see this on the web.

Thank you for your response.

Best regards,

Mariano

Hi Mariano,

Access the link as below

<Protocol>://<Host>.<Domain>.<Extension>:<Port>/sap/bc/nwbc/SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_NWBC_END_USER

or

<Protocol>://<Host>.<Domain>.<Extension>:<Port>/sap/bc/nwbc

You should be able to get the workflow inbox in web.

Cheers

Amit
