Hello,
We have a situation where we canu2019t search for activity for few times and most of the time it works.
Process flow is:
Processing email in inbox and in the Affected Employee: Details trying to attach u2018activity historyu2019 and in the activity search page when I am trying to search with activity number only(for old activity) some times it will not bring up result and most of the time it works if we log out and log back then it works fine again.
Is there any buffer issue on EIC?
Any hand on this please.
