Alerts when SO is release

Hello Experts,

System alerts to planner to check schedule (check shipment date with planner)

System able to trigger if the SO still not yet confirmed back from the customer within x days (x days still not yet release the SO)

System provides alerts to planner & shipping when SO is release

Guys how to do this above alert activities to the concerned person

Plz Suggest.

You can have your workflow or Abap Consultant do the following as per your requirement. Workflow will trigger an pending action to the relevant concerned person thru e-mail notification or popup.
