Hi all,
How to set storage location for Delivery,
when i key in vl01n/vl02n inside storage location has to come automatically,
where can i set these settings to come automatically in my delivery order???
Regards,
Vinoth S.
Hi,
The customising settings what we have told is not relevant to division but to plant.
So as long as the storage conditions are identical, same storage location is determined during delivery.
Hope this helps.
Revert back in case of any queries.

Dear vinothsing ,
Storage location will be determinedaccording to some rules which will be assigned to the delivery documnet header"STORAGE LOCATION DET RULE", here you have to mention storage location determination rules
MALA-shipping pont/plant/storage conditions
RETA-plant/storage conditions/storage situations.
MARE-mala then reta.
For instance we will take MALA.
Storage conditions will be maintained in material master (plant data/storage1).
Then you go to "OVL3" T- code give the plant, shipping point, storage condition( from material master).
save it.
and raise the sales order and delivery , storage location will be determined automatically.
Check &Revert

Hi,
I want to add that, after completing the assignments as per the previous replies
Use T.Code: OVL3
Here assign storage location in the combination of Shipping point Plant storage conditions = storage location.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
In the delivery item category configuration( tcode 0VLP) , in the section Warehouse Control and Packing..mark the checkbox 'Determine SLoc' and of course, maintain the determination of picking/storage location based on the rule MALA or etc..

Ensure that
a) you assigned the MALA rule to your delivery type
b) maintained the storage location in OVL3
c) assigned in MMSC
