Error message M7 048 when PGI a delivery

Experts,

Have created a stock transport order, and a delivery for this STO.

But when I try to perform PGI, there is an error message:

"E M7 048

Use one-step procedure for transfer posting to mat. subj. to valuation"

Valuation category in the issuing plant is set to blank.

Valuation category in the receiving plant is set to X=Batch.

Does anyone have a clue on how we should progress? Why is this error message appearing, and why can we not use the process with Stock transport order and delivery?
