Hi,
We have installed XI 3.0 and are on latest SP 09.
When I try to load the "Integration Builder: Configuration / Integration Directory", Webstart kicks in and I get following error.
***
An error occurred while launching/running the application.
Title: Integration Builder
Vendor: SAP AG
Category: Download Error
Corrupted JAR file at http://<server>:50500/dir/directory/aii_ibdir_client.jar
***
I am running the recommended Java Web Start 1.4.2_06. I am running IE 6.0 SP2. This does not seem to be client related issue as I am able to load the "Design / Integration Repository" tool.
I have done a quick check of OSS but did not find any note.
Anyone had similar issues ? Help appreciated.
Regards,
Charu
Hi Charu,
Please try using 1.4.2_05 and install JRE and then JSDK in the same order.

The problem was actually on the server side. The BASIS team reinstalled the aii_... that solved the issue.

We have tried this with various level of J2SE without much luck and have also tried to load the .jar file manually using javaw. We have come to the conclusion that the .jar is in fact corrupted in some way.
And of course tried to clear the Java Cache on the client side ( using control panel ).
Thanks for the inputs - will keep you updated.

Hi Charu,
I had this problem as well. What worked for me was clearing all java cache and temporary internet files.
