We have upgrade SAP Solution Manager 7.0 to EHP1 SPS 23. Solman workcenter and solman setup are available on the server but when we run these transactions from other systems, we receive a blank page. Ags_workcenter service are activated but test service shows 'Service cannot be accessed'.
Can somone help to resolve this issue.
Hello,
In order to better understand your question, are you saying on the local server that Solution Manager is installed, when you access the system via SAPGUI and execute the transaction solman_workcenter you get the workcenters, but when you access teh system from say your desktop with SAPGUI and execute solman_workcenter you get a blank screen....or are you accessing via a browser the BSP AGS_WORKCENTER? And have these results?
If it is working on the local machine and not via network access it may be you have net used the FQDN for parameter
icm/host_name_full, or your firewall is not allowing, and you need to adjust. The remote systems must be able to resolve the FQDN.

Paul

Workcenter transactions/roles are only for the Solution Manager, not for Remote Systems.
Thanks
