Unit of Measure Conversion from Alternative UoM to Base UoM

Hello EWM Experts,

I'm having an issue in EWM...we are receiving both PO's and Outbound Deliveries from ERP in Alternative Units of Measure. Yet, when these PO's and Deliveries hit EWM, they are automatically being converted to the Base UoM (EA, for example).

Is there a setting to ensure that the Alternative (Ordering) Unit of Measure is retained in the EWM documents?

Hi,

Deliveries are generally created in Base UOM, both in ECC and EWM. But when we create Warehouse Tasks, system looks for Operative UOM on Packspec of Product to create WTs in Alternate/Operative UOM and convert quantities accordingly.
