email notification going on based on SU01 not BP Master - Service Desk

Hi All,

Generally, if email id is correctly maintained in BP master then notifications send via sevice desk gets triggered to this id only and doesnot refer back to SU01. In our case, its referring back to SU01 where incorrect id is there and not referring to BP Master where correct id is maintained.

This has happened for rare instance where email in Su01 is not same as in BP Master. But even for this exceptional case also, i believe BP master should have been referred as per std settings.
