Batch details is not appearing either in sales order level or delivery leve

Dear All,

I am new to the community. Kindly guide me.

Currently when we are creating delivery, system is picking the expired batch also. Now we does not want to pick the expired batch number & quantity for delivery.

But while doing PGI system is checking the expiry date and user are change the batch manually.

Now we want to do automatically, not to pick the expired batch at the time of Delivery & PGI

Hi,

You can restrict the expired batched in T.Code: MSC5n by selecting Batch restricted in Basic data 1.

Thanks for your reply

We cannot do this for all the material & batch. I want automatically system should not pick the expired batch quantity.

We have large volume of materials and batch.

i tried using

LOBM_RLZ

LOBM_LFDAT

LOBM_VFDAT

In this i am not getting the batch split data while doing delivery
