Unable to post PGR in Return STO Process by using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE

Hi Experts,

I have set up the return STO Process in our client system. The process here is upon saving the Delivery an outbound Idoc is triggered to an external system, where the Goods receipt is posted. After this activity, an inbound Idoc is received in SAP and with this I doc, we need to post the PGR for the delivery in SAP. We are trying to do this with BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE, but we are able to post the PGR. "Goods movement 671 is not possible" - this is the error returned by BAPI. We are able to post the GR with another FM WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE, but there is no error handling in this FM.

Please help how to post the GR with BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE.
