GRC 10 - No report

Hello experts .

I have GRC 10 fully condifured but if I go to NWBC - Report and Analytics .I cant see any report in Dashboard .

Any idea where i need to see to troubleshoot this ?

Have you created your regulation. On one of the systems I configured I noticed I did not have the reports, so I created the regulation and then they showed up. Just a thought.

I have all the reports available in the system .

I will try your option but I thing regulation is part of PC or RM so wondering how it will help .

I am basically interested in AC reports but still will try your option .

No error message .Just a new blank page will come up with cross marks at corner .

Hi Asheesh,

Does your login userid is having all the roles required (e.g power user /Business user roles, GRC Base Roles and the NWBC Roes ). If not yet, add the roles and try again.

It sounds like you have not got the Crystal Reports adapter activated.

Try looking at the following SAP Notes;

1353044 - Installation Guide

1366785 - Functionality

1382730 - Troubleshooting.

Hi Asheesh,

Check your Internet Explorer version. It should be 8 or above.

If you will use the NWBC localy, it should work with your current version of explorer.

Hi,

Whether you are not getting the report option itself or after running the report is not giving any data.

In the first case check whether all the services under GRC sub area are active in SICF.

I am getting option for report but when i run a report a new page will open but no data .

Check whetehr the user has role SAP_GRAC_REPORTS or equivalent authorizations attached.
