Hi All,

We have a requirement where in we need to do PGP encryption and push the data using SFTP adapter. We are using XI 3.0.

We are buying the SFTP and PGP from Aedaptive.

I have a query here, how do I configure SFTP?Any certificate exchange is required?

Also Can the PGP module be used in the same SFTP adapter to carry out Encryption?

Regards,

RK

We are using SFTP adapters with PGP encryption and public/private keys and message validation from Advanco on SAP PI7.0.

You can use Advanco SFTP adapter as one of the option.

Check also with Advanco on support for PI7.3.

Hi,

We want to use Aedaptive as first preference.

When i had a look at the Aedaptive site the supported versions are provided as

Supported SAP NetWeaver PI versions - SAP NetWeaver 2004 (XI 3.0), SP 12 or higherSAP NetWeaver 2004s (PI 7.0), SP 8 or higher. SAP NetWeaver 7.3.

Does this mean PI 7.3 is also supported?

It should be. It will be better if you cna directly call up them and confirm.

1. SFTP - You can have Basic Authentication or authentication with Keys. Depends on the SFTP server you are connecting to.

2. PGP - considering these are modules they can / should be available for use in any channel.

We use the Advantco SFTP & PGP Modules and they work quite well.

Thanks Bhavesh.

We will be upgrading our XI box to PI 7.3 in few months from now.

I have another query whether Aedaptive SFTP / PGP will be compatible with PI 7.3 as well.
