Hi,
We have an MII system which has may anitmated objects on it. I have taken the SVG file and loaded this into Inkscape. I have removed some of the content of this image and re-imported into MII.
Once I do this there are no properties assigned to this animated object, thus I am not able to assign values when rendering the image.
Is what I have done feasible. To take an exsiting SVG file, amend it and re-import back into MII. If so, how do I assign properties to the animated object. I can see I have the option to manually add these, but how do they link to the image content.
Thanks
Martin
Hi,
I didnt understand your issue properly but following suggestion i wold like to provide you based on my previous expierience.
Issue:
1. I downloaded animated object files from SDN (svg and sva files) and imported them into MII
2. Now if I open sva files under animated file the error will come like rendered image is null.
Solution:
before impoting sva files into MII I have performed following steps
1. edit SVA file and change the path of SVG link
Default : SVGObject="Default/SVGObject/3DDialGauge"
Updated: SVGObject="Path/3DDialGauge.svg"
2. Save the sva file than import it into MII you will get properties for dynamic linking.
Note: I have imported these objectes under catalog not in WEB
Hope it helps!!
