Hi Experts

I want to populate Activity id and Survey date in EIC survey template but it showing u201Cno data selectionu201D in Activity id field. Can you pls suggest possible options to populate Activity Id and Survey date in the template.

Adding the survey date will require a custom enhancement and cannot be done using the standard template.
