default system id for ITS based transactions

Hi experts,

I want to change the default system ID value for ITS based transactions.

Whenever we open ITS based transaction, it will ask for login details. There we can enter details and proceed to next.

there We cannot change the system ID value( will be in display mode ). now i want to change that value.

I checked in SICF tcode---> ITS services, there I can provide only client , user id and password but not system id. So help me on this.

On your Portal you have to go to system administration --> system configuration --> system landscape.

hi..

I am not using application in portal. only in R/3. So any ideas where in R3?

Hello Srinivas,

the system id is derived from the URL that is being launched. If you want to change that, then you need to create your own logon screen and link same in the ICF node (Error Pages tab -> System Logon-> configuration-> Custom implementation -> ABAP Class

Are you using SAP Portal ?

If that is the case then you can change the settings on the system landscape configuration.
