not able to do sales pricing if cost planning is in version '1'

Hi Experts,

I am using DP81 for creating sales pricing.I am planning cost(unit costing) in version '1' and then running DP81 system throws message 'No expenditure item found'. But if i do cost planning(unit costing) in version '0' then i am able do the sales pricing.

So, my question is why system is not allowing to do sales pricing if i plan cost in version '1'?. It is client's requirement that he doesn't want to do plan cost in version '0' for quotation purpose .

please suggest some solution.

Hi Virendera,

I did not use Version as a characteristic initially in DIP profile. But after your reply i tick the check boxes CharactRelevant and Mat.Determination for Version. And in last step of DIP profile i.e Criteria i put 001 in value field against version. But after doing all this when i run DP81 i have got the same message No expediture item found.

Please let me know if i am still missing anything in DIP profile.

Try creating a new request rather than processing the old one since you made the configuration change.
