Whether its possible to do sales order with HIBE material type (operating supplies) and valuation class 3030.

You can do sales, for that:

1. you need to activate SALES views in Material Type (OMS2)

2. In OBYC, your valuation class related config in maintained under Transaction GBB-Offsetting entry for inventory posting

For further assistance, take help of a MM guy.
