Deactivating partial articles from Active Promotion

Hi Experts,

Can any one suggest me the process of deactivating some of the articles from active promotion.

Say for example:

A promotion contains 10 articles which is valid for 30 days.

On the 10th day of the promotion user decides to remove 5 articles from the promotion.

Rest of the 5 articles are still in the promotion.

Please suggest me step by step procedure or any notes regarding promotion deactivation process for deactivating partial articles from the active promotion.

Hi Shankar,

There are two transaction where you can deactivate some of the articles within a promotions.

1. T.Code - WAK5 : Enter the promo number and click on promo activation. In the next screen all the articles within the promotion will be displayed. Select the articles which you want to deactivate and click on the button "Deactivate" on the bottom of the screen. An additional confirmation screen will appear which once confirmed, the promotion will be deactivated.

2. TCode - WAK16 - this transaction can be executed in background also. Enter the promotion number and the articles that needs to be deactivated within the promo. Select deactivate option and execute.
