I have an error when sending messages to SAP through serrvice desk for var. When I create an issue with a user of a client of ours. Shipping and advocacy with the same user, the service desk is functioning properly. But if the incidence was trying to create a user who have to manage all incidents of our customers, I get the following error:
"Installation Not Known in the number SAP customer notification system."
Where can be the problem.
I have reviewed I have the rfc SM_SP_0000 (cust no). I checked that I have the V_AISAPCUSTNOS table (cust no), with the field processed for Customer link = var.
Table AISUSER I have the user, assigned to (person contacts).
Where can be the problem?

Did you solved this issue?, Because we too having same issue. Is there something to do with the SAP Service Market Place like, getting other customer Installations numbers into VAR-Partner Service Market Place? with SAP Contract department.
Please let me know if any alternate solutions if you already applied.

Please make sure that s-user which is assigned to user-id in aisuser should have access to customer number for which it is showing the error.
