output condition record

Hi All,

is there exist any table form where i can download all billing output condirin records for out say RD00.

I downloaded the all the records(vv12) which are maintained but user is asking that MEDIUM and TIME also should be there for all records

Kindly suggest.

Hello,

You cannot get list of Output Condition based on Key Conbination directly.

As suggested above Take the data from NACH table.

Use T-Code Se16N & access table NACH.

In NACH you have a feild - Table - KOTABNR. This Table is nothing but the Key Combination on which the Condition Record is maintained.

In the Table (KOTABNR) feild you will have table number like 11 / 26 / etc...

You can explore the Table (11 / 26 / etc) with SE16N & then entering B011 or B026, etc...

Now the link between the Condition Record & Table is Condition Record Number Feild (KNUMH) which is common in both Tables (NACH & B011 or B026).

Thus to get list of Output Condition Records table the lists from NACH & B011 Tables in Excel & run Vlookup.

Hi,

You can get from table NACH.

I think you can use the Field NACH- VAKEY (which is nothing but the invoice type) to get the the key details.
