Intermec Format Delay

Hi guys,

I'm replacing the format of a label at run-time. The label needs to look different when a specific condition is met. The issue is that sometimes, the label gets printed with the original format no matter the program is running through the "Replace Format" routine.

Is there some kind of the delay when the printer stores a new format?

When I dealt with Intermecs, I sent the design with each set of labels, since we had several different designs which could be output from SAP to any Intermec printer in the plants. If you have more than one design generated from SAP that can be printed on any single Intermec printer, I'd suggest that you consider always sending the form design with the set of labels. Yes, it's probably a little slower, but then you don't have labels being output with the prior-used format and you don't have to deal with a reprint problem.
