A4 Roated Page Format

Hi All,

We are having some issues printing an existing form to a new printer.

We have a smartform that has page format dina4, hower the new printer is using A4 Rotated (A4R) as the paper size and we cannot seem to get the form to print from this printer.

If we change the printer to paper size A4 then the form prints OK (Printer will not physically print OK with this paper size due to the rotation) so we think its the A4 Rotated eize that is causing the issue

Is there a page format in SAP that we can use to print A4 Rotated?

Hello

For these type of issues there will be an option to rotate the print in the control panel printers and faxes

right click on the printer select the properties and go to printing preferences in my printer it is basics tab (the tab in your printer may be different) for other printers and select the rotate option. (if angle is given rotate by 180 degrees)

Hi,

The paper rotation is physically 90 degrees and the printer only has roate by 180 degrees option, so i;m not sure will solve our issue.

We were wondering if we needed to use some PCL in the format definitions to do the rotation, but this does not seem to work
