Hi Friends,
When I am creating the sales order the system pops the availability screen as per the availability check and rule. I dont want the screen to pop-up this screen.
Can anyone tell me what and where, which settings do I need to do so that the system carries out the availability check in the background instead of the foreground.

In the transaction code "OVZJ" select your sales area in the column of availability check rule select one of the options according to your requirement.
In that you have
ONE TIME DELIVERY
FULL DELIVERY
DELIVERY PRAPOSAL so on and so forth........
If you select either of these three you will not get the pop up message. Don't keep it blank.
Hope you know the functionality of the mentioned three.
Deletion of the sales area will not be possible.

in VA02, check what is the schedule line category, in your sales order.
go to VOV6, for that schedule line category deactivate (i.e. make BLANK) fields Availability check. And test.

SPRO --> Sales & Distribution -- > Basic Function >Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements->Availability Check>Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning>Define Default Settings
in that remove your Sale area and try
Check & Revert
