Hello All,

Iam configuring Early Watch Alert.I have completed adding the systems in SMSY,creating RFC connections,activated SDCCN in both Satellite and Solution manager system. But when i checked the SDCCN in one of the satellite system, there is only one RFC destination which is SDCC_OSS...I cant able to see the back destination from Solman.

Kindly suggest me...

Thank you,

Regards,

Hasan

Hi,

Go to SMSY in solution manager system and generate RFC connection to satellite system. Make sure that trusted RFC should work between solution manager and satellite system, only then back RFC will be created. Then assign this back RFC in SDCCN of your satellite system.

Thanks

Hello,

The issue is solved.

It was due to missing Roles and Profiles for the user(solman_admin) which creates RFC between solman and satellite system.

So after assigning the roles and profiles to solman_admin, i re-generated the RFC connection from SMSY and it created the Back destination in satellite system.

The Roles and Profiles which i assigned to solman_admin was,

S_CUS_CMP (SAP_S_CUS_CMP) Read data

S_CMSREG (SAP_S_CSMREG) -> Central system repository data

S_BDLSM_READ (SAP_S_BDLSM_READ) -> SDCCN data

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN -> Service Desk messages

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE -> Service Desk messages
