Could you please help me in understanding about missing parts check functionality with an example . i am not getting standard documentation of SAP.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but if you want to understand the ATP Check in SD, the following link is a good place to start:

Missing parts check is a term used in ATP for production orders. Why are you asking in SD forum?
Do you have an "assemble to order" process?
