There is no serious difference between BPM and ccBPM as such.
<b>BPM</b> i.e. Business Process Managament is a general concept which indicates the design of complex integration scenario.
<b>ccBPM</b> i.e. Cross-Component BPM is the term used to signify little wider sense where integration extend across enterprise and application boundaries.

Hi VG,
ccBPM is the built-in BPM solution of SAP XI. So BPM is a generic discipline dealing with process orchestration, wheras ccBPM is a solution providing this kind of functionality.
