Hi,

We have configured the service desk functionality in solution manager 7.1,planning to configure the Knowledge Management part of it.Any config doc?

Go to service.sap.com/rkt-solman => SAP Solution Manager 7.1 => Select the RKT and you'll see how to configure Knowledge Management step by step.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately i could't see anything on the knowledge mgmnt, Can you please let me know the exact path?

Sorry but it's not clear if this is a Solution Manager service or a Netweaver service. I think you're referring to this documentation below.
