Worklist for Outbound deliveries and Shipment

Dear Gurus,

I want to know that is there any worklist available that can show all the order, so that user can create the outbound delivery with reference to sales order.

Secondly another worklist which show all the outbound delivery who are open for transportaion planning, so that user can create shipment document with reference to that outbond delivery.

Looking for the gurus response.

Dear Imran Khan,

For your requirement you can use the transaction code VA05 OR VA05N.in this t-code you select the open orders radio button(which are due for delivery).

If you execute this you will get all the open orders,you select one and just click the change icon(cntrl+f11).

Then open sales order will be appeared ,from that document it self you can process the delivery in top bar menu via-- sales document->delivery.

If you want to list of outbound deliveries which are due for shipment you can use the VL06 or VL06G

Dear Imran Khan,

Through T.code VA05 or VA05n here by giving the inputs you can get list of open sales orders,through that you can process the deliveries and T.code VL06 here you can PGI and all.

Hope this will serve your purpose.
