can any body guide me what is prerequisities for repitative manufacturing how to lot creation what the steps need for config or master data ..

step1: material master(mm02) go to quality management :click on inspection setup bok: do the entry as per your required inspection :example

typeMaintain Inspection Type in Quality Management View.

--Type 1. for GR from Procurement

--Type 13. for inprocess repetitive manufacturing.

--Type 3. for GR from Production.

2. qs32 : create master inspection characteristics

3. Maintain an inspection plan (T code:QP01) & assign characteistics in it.

4.Go to T Code: QA32.Choose the icon change inspection lot.There in you can assign inspection plan to the material.Press the sample size button. Then the inspection lot status will get converted to Release.

Hi,

Master Data -

Material master creation using T-code MM01

BOM creation using T-code CS01

Rate Routing creation using T-code CA21

Rem profile - SPRO ->Production planning -> Rem.Manuf-

Assign the REM profile to a material - MRP4 view in MM02

create Valid Production version - MRP4 view in material master & Check Rem mfg ind

Assign the BOM and routings in Prod. Version & check the settings.

Create Product cost collector

Create material cost estimate

Create standard cost estimate

Create planned order for the material and carry out rem process using MFBF

Now for the raw material ,if u have semi finished material for semi finished material and for finished material assign the inspection type,inspection characteristics and carry out the regular process like results recording and usage decision

Dear,

In Rem you have to assigned 13 inspection type in material master with task list check.

you have to assign MIC in CA22 i.e rate routing and do the setting for inspection points in routing itself for ex. if you want to multiple check hourly etc in operation overview.For that you have to create inspection lot by MFPR and record result and make Usage decision.
