Regarding the attachment document with tcodes

Dear All,

I have to now the attachment document with tcodes e.g me52n user raise PR and attached supporting Documents like this.

It will increase Db size? and where this document to be store on server?? how can we mange this documents ??

Our server os sun solaries with oracle DB

Pls. guide me ...

Its usually stored on table SOFFCONT1

how can we mange this documents ??

You could create a content repository and store them in a content server to avoid affecting the size of your DB over time (that should be a project on its own)

That will be a separate installation altogether - to include and utilize content server in your sap landscape
