Hi All,
I can sync a customised MAM application with an order linked to functional location which is then linked to measurement points and get them all on the device.
My problem is that I can't seem to access my measurement points from the functional locations through my order unless I stop and restart my MI. I do not have to resink for them to appear just stop and start. They do exist on the device as I have checked the syncbo's and also the measurement point screen and functional location screen.
I am wondering if there is some caching issue with the Tomcat server. I am also using JSP.
Thanks in advance,
- Ronan
hello ronan,
i remember i stumbled into this caching problem with PPC
several years ago. which platform are you running?
MAM has several caching tables which are filled up during
the application startup. i would suggest you to check on
these tables if they are being updated when there are new
data received from the server. this might be your case
basing on the symptom which you just described.
regards
jo

Hi Jo,
I am using Windows Mobile 2003 with the latest version of MI at SP17. How do I check the caching tables? I have checked the SyncBO's on the device and they seem to be in order.
Thanks,
- Ronan
