Maxdb database installation error

Hi ,

During installation on ehp5 maxdb . There is invalid values set for environment variables .

Here is the log for error .

I had the same problem. Search after the file which couldn't be found. And copy it to:

ERROR => DlLoadLib()==DLENOACCESS - dlopen("/usr/sap/DQ2/SYS/exe/run/dbsdbslib.so") FAILED

Ou... your post is over 2 years old ^^ Maybe for other people

Hello,

1. Did you create the SAP message where this issue was reported?

2. What is the env settings for the <sid>adm user on this appl. server?

Post output of the commands as <sid>adm:

env

sdbregview -l

what /usr/sap/DQ2/SYS/exe/run/dbsdbslib.so' | grep INFO

Due to maxdb database vesion 7.6 it has error. We have to select maxdb version 7.8 as given in the note 1142632.

Then the installation completed successfully.
