Automatic email when RFx is Published to the vendor

Hi Freinds

Present Scenario : we are sending emails manually by clicking Send Notification button in Bidder's Tab in RFx

our requirement is to send an email automatically when Rfx is published , can any one give me idea

Hello,

In standard, when publishing an RFX, attachments in this document will be sent via e-mail output along with the same RFX.

When RFX is created and it includes attachments, the attachments are sent on the RFX e-mail to the suppliers.

Output mail should be defined to each supplier involved.

Therefore, in standard, an output should be triggered to supplier when RFX is published.

Read note 1034129, which explains this behaviour, even though it is not relevant to your issue.
