In sourcing cockpit not able select shopping cart to add into workarea

Hi

We are in SRM 4.0. Sourcing carried out for items without Assd source of supply has been activated.

There is a SC where no vendor mention and it appears in socurcing cockpit (carried out sourcing) . But I am unable to select (check box) the SC so that it can be added in my work area.

Whereas there are numerous SC available which I can select and add to my workarea except one. what will be probable causes not able to select the particular SC.

You answer is much appreciated. But in these case I should see follow on document as Local Bid-inviation in history.

But there is no follow on document exists .

Hi Dayal,

Please check in bbp_pd here you will see if there is any follow-on documents created for this shopping cart. I have also come across this issue and it was resolved by upgrading to the latest kernal patch level. There was an issue with this with kernel patch 221 and was solved with kernel patch 226.

You Shopping Cart was already used to create a follow-on document (bid invitation, etc ) except Purchase Order.
