ZCP Consignment Pickup

I have problem when convert the Sales order for ZCP Consignment Pickup to Delivery Order. It will prompt me the error ''Art xxx not defined for sales org xxx''

But my articles seem ok with the maintenance.

HI,

As per my knowledge need to check the sales area which is coming for consignment pick up,issue,returns and issue.Check whether the sales area is same for total process or not.
