Travel Mgt Issue.

HI,

I have one trip for which network is already close. Wanted to change its network and activity but system is not allowing to change it and giving an error as below.

ERROR:

This Trip is showingu201D Document transfer has failedu201Din ETCA due to the network numbers(6133813/0104) which is in Closed status.Rightnow we want to change it to 6133873/0104.But we are unable to change the NWA. While changing it shows u201CTrip data for the period from 22.08.2011 07:00 to 09.09.2011 17:18 already existsu201D.Please find the screen shot of the error.Could you please advise on this.

Also i directly did try to change this trip and fond some suggestion from SAP Help while changing.

Accounting status not 'documents posted', trip can not be changed

Message no. 56 821

Diagnosis

A trip can not be changed if

o it has accounting status 'transferred FI' or 'cancellation posted

FI'

o and the trip transfer documents have not yet been posted.

Procedure

Go to posting run management and post the trip transfer documents. After

that, make your trip changes.

Can someone tell me how this can be possible.

Hi,

I think there might be another trip with the same dates of same employees.. Please firstly look it..

Secondly if document has already been created but not posted for this particular trip then you have to find and reject it using PRRW.
