GRC CUP 5.3 Mass unlock or lock userids requests not working

Hello,

1). SAP suggests that you can do mass user unlocks and locks for those request types. But I do not see the option to do so on the request create screen of the request type user unlock or lock. Has anyone does this? Where's the option to choose mass users to create this request for? Also, if you were to do one request to assign the same role to bunch of users, how would you do it.. Perhaps that's not an option since each user's SOD analysis might be different.

Will greatly appreciate any feedback.

Just to let everyone know..I found a way to do this and then SAP confirmed.

The only way to create mass user unlock /lock request or even mass user role assignment as in assigning the same role to number of users..is to go on the 'copy request' option and copy a request type like unlock or lock or some role assignment one and then you can change the role name to other roles or don't copy roles into the request and then add which one/s you want and then choose the button 'multi-user' option to read bunch of userids that you want to be updated with this request. The 'multi-user' option is a import file option with the tab limited text file for userid, last name , first name, userid email address as listed in the option and then you should be able to process that type of request for bunch of users instead of doing one by one. Hope this helps to those who are also looking for this option to work.
