Hello Experts,
We have setup Service Desk and would like to have an automatic mail sent, when the support message is assigned to a new processor.
Is there a possibility to make a comparison between the new (current) value and the old (historical) value of the field Message Processor?
Or any other flag indicating that the processor has been changed?
We would like to avoid to check the user status, as support employees may forget to set this when assigning the support message to a new processor.
