Hi Experts,
I have a file to IDoc scenario, which worked succesfully in dev env, when objects are transported to higher env, the transactions were succesfull in moni, however the IDoc posted in the R/3 system failed with Status 56/63, also found Receiver Port not coming for them.
Please guide how to cure it.
Regards
Pankaj

hi pankaj,
first you need to check message mapping, RCVPRT is mapped to constant or not. and u ll check receiver communication channel for idoc there u enable apply control records check box.then u need check partner profile WE20, u need to check all setting.

Hi Pankaj,
Hope you have rechecked the settings in partner profile we20 transcation properly. Now please check settings of the receiver communication channel. Compare it with settings in dev env. If everything is matching then, try this approach, tick on the following parameters in receiver communication channel queue processing, Apply Control Record Values from Payload, Take Sender from Payload,
Take Receiver from Payload and restore original parties for ack. Finally ensure the EDIDC segment carries values of SNDPRN,SNDPRT,RCVPRN and RCVPRT correctly.

Hi Pankaj,
please check we20 transcation for presence of the port and the iodc in inbound parameter fields.
How are you populating the RCVPRT field in mapping? you can hardcode the value and try again.

Hi, did you create port? already did you create elements of communication?, check WEDI trx, there you have all the other trxs to set up the idoc communication.
