Unable to save Layout Variant in VA05 (List of Sales Orders)

I am unable to save my processed list for some reason in VA05 after I have made the necessary alterations to produce the view I require. The SAVE button is greyed out. What could possibly be the reason?

Dear shabie ,

This is the standard report for list of sales orders which has been given by sap.

Once the list generated we can't save the list , but we can change the particular document by choosing the change icon.
