control.xml error during dual stack system copy

Hi Experts,

We are doing dual stack system copy of SAP NW SR3,exported system without any problem.We had used migmon to import packages so after migmon import completed successfully we restarted import from sapinst but it hanged so we restarted sapinst since then we are facing strange problem related to control.xml.We changed SAP IM,control.xml,control.dtd even patched the sapinst but error is still coming .we do not want to restart the entire process could you please help us on this.we have oracle DB 10.2.4 and unix environment. pasting the error log.

your error log is from sapinst_dev ?

"XML parser reports an error error, line 9 column 2 during parsing file /tmp/sapinst_instdir/NW04S/LM/COPY/ORA/SYSTEM/CENTRAL/AS//control.xml."

line 9 column 2 is refering to which content in control.xml ?

have you using latest sapinst ?
