Missing parameter while printing COA.

Hi Experts,

Please help me on below issue

For Inspection Type 10. After Result recding UD-done.

but While COA printing time few parameter are missing.

System display - in front of Insp. End Date ---> Inspection completion forced

System Status --> UD ICCO STUP

UD code --> Accept

Quality score --> 100

while doing RR have you forced completed the results. ??

This means ,Inspection/Result recording not done as per sample size of individual sample, So Result will not be populated in certificate.

Now you can not go back & do Result recording even if all your char are "long term inspection".

So certificate can not be printed as there is not Result recording !!

Thanks for your valuable answer.

Any user exit for result recording withourt " long term inspection "

result were not saved or UD will not done.

Depending on how your COA profile is set up you may be able to do a temporary fix for this one delivery.

Create an 89 inspection for the material and batch and assign the same inspection plan as you use for your type 10 inspections. Record your resuls and make the UD.

Then in the COA profile, IF you have specified type 10 inspections as your source of data, change that to 89.

Create a new COA output output on the delivery and process it. It should now take result from the 89 lot.

Once complete and COA is issued, go back and change the COA profile it use type 10 inspections again.
