Error WIS 00501

Hi All,

One of the user is trying to open the report and getting an eror message WIS 00501(Universe not found,contact your admininstrator).

When i tried open the same report i am able to open and refresh it with my login account.

Request you to provide solution/method to fix this problem.

Check whether user have access to the required universe or not.
