Problem starting SXMB_IFR and J2EE Engine

Former Member

Hi All,

I get the below error message when I try to start SXMB_IFR. The tricky part is that when I try to restart the j2ee engine(from go.bat) the system shuts down..

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Saahil

Hi,

Please check the configuration of PI ( Process integration ) XI while installing Netware .

You can check it like this -

http://<server ip>10.8.10.5 or name of the system:<port>(52100)/rep/start/index.jsp

You will get links to IR and ID . Click and check if problem persists then there is issue with the configuration of XI part ..

Thanks,

Nanda

was it working before?

if ont then maybe your XI installation/configuration is not complete? try asking the basis team

if they did all instal/config steps for the XI

>>>> tricky part is that when I try to restart the j2ee engine(from go.bat) the

try restarting the whole : abap + java

hi,

so now you need to do deeper

visual admin logs, check my weblog

on how to find some of them:

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/09/07/xi-why-dont-start-searching-for-all-errors-from-one-place

you can also access them from file system

if your java stack is down
